The Guildford office of national law firm Laytons advised the mobile phone division of Samsung Electronics UK on a block-buster movie partnership with Orange.
Forty-three partner firm Laytons – which has offices in London, Guildford, Manchester and Bristol – advised Samsung on the deal, which will allow handset owners to download images, games and ringtones related to The Matrix: Reloaded.
