Eversheds is set to spin off its Monte Carlo branch a year after the jurisdiction was blacklisted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) for being an uncooperative tax haven.
A spokeswoman for the firm confirmed that the national giant has decided to transfer the practice and is currently seeking offers.
