UK law firm websites are falling well short of professional industry norms and do not measure up to the websites and online brands created by management consultants and investment banks, according to research published this month.
A study conducted by Rufus Leonard, a web consulting firm, suggests that law firms’ websites are failing to create the desired impact, are generally not informative and do not deliver a strong enough online presence for their firms.
