Spanish giant Garrigues has secured a formal alliance with Portuguese firm Leonidas Matos & Associados, in a move that reunites the two former Andersen Legal allies.
The tie-up, which came into effect earlier this year, sees the 1,200-lawyer firm ally itself with five-partner practice Leonidas Matos, which was previously the Portuguese member of the Andersen Legal network.
