Topcall, a unified messaging provider, has launched a paper-management solution for law firms which it claims can reduce a firm’s archiving costs by 40%, while supporting authentication and encryption technologies to improve the level of document security.
The package comprises three products: Digital Document Delivery (DDD), Secure Document Delivery (SDD) and MetaMail. It brings together processes and technologies such as e-mail, SMS, fax, voicemail, IVR, CTI, digitised letter post, archive and jukebox on a single system, allegedly without any discontinuity across these media.
