Ashurst Morris Crisp is this week attempting to regroup after the failure of its merger bid with New York’s Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson.
In a statement, managing partner Justin Spendlove said that a US merger was now “clearly off the agenda for the foreseeable future” after www.legalweek.net on Tuesday (6 May) exclusively revealed the talks had collapsed despite 18 months of intense negotiations.
