Two in every five Ftse 250 legal departments expect to increase the size of their team during the next 12 months, a Legal Director poll has found.
The confidential recruitment poll, which was conducted in association with EJ Legal, also reveals that not a single department of those that responded to the poll intend to cut back their numbers during this period. Three out of five (60%) vowed to remain at the same size.
