Osborne Clarke (OC) has finalised its management structure with the appointment of new heads at its four main bases in the UK and on the Continent.
The office heads are corporate partner Tim Birt in London, corporate head Andy Gowans in Reading, pensions head Mark Womersley in Bristol and property partner Stefan Rizor in Germany.
