Newcastle’s Mincoffs has closed one of the region’s largest ever commercial property deals for a key client that has stuck with the local firm for 15 years.
A team led by Mincoffs senior partner Howard Gold – supported by head of corporate Paul Hughes and corporate partner John Nicholson – advised local businessman Allan Rankin on the £750m deal to acquire 37 hotels.
