Norton Rose Asia managing partner Paul Giles has won the election to become chairman of the firm, with Hong Kong managing partner David Stannard replacing him as Asia chief.
Giles replaces current chairman David Lewis, who last year announced he was to step down on 1 May to become a part-time consultant at the firm.
