This week’s target, Mike Francies, head of Weil Gotshal & Manges London office, is rather
different from previous Legal Week ‘victims’ and interesting for a number of different reasons.
For a start he is less inclined to utilise ‘theatre’ tactics. He scores high on factual communication and also on emotional stability… he will be a very difficult subject to faze [bullets might be skimming his scalp but he'll just keep on walking]. He is no pushover, indeed I spy a tendency to rebel against accepted norms… not to fulfil a need to actually rebel, but rather to show willingness to raise his head above the parapet.
