Two leading Dutch lawyers have joined a high profile group of businessmen charged with overhauling The Netherlands’ regime for audit regulation and corporate governance.
The lawyers, Philips general counsel Arie Westerlaken and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek partner Jaap Winter, join a 10-member body under the chair of Unilever chairman Morris Tabaksblat.
