The controversial decision by Allen & Overy (A&O) and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft to advise creditors and the administrators of failed power group TXU Europe is set to face a final ruling from the High Court tomorrow (28 March).

As revealed on www.legalweek.net (18 March), a ruling the previous week had been expected to reach a compromise on the use of information barriers, but surprise objections from three of TXU’s creditors, Rugeley Power, Drax and Barking, led to an adjournment.
