Cravath Swaine & Moore has become the latest high-profile US firm to scale down its Asian presence with the elite Wall Street practice confirming this week that it is to shut its Hong Kong branch.
An internal memo sent out on Monday (24 March) and obtained by Legal Week states “that our clients and the firm will be better served by concentrating our resources in our New York and London offices”.
