DJ Freeman’s management has been heavily criticised in a survey of leading lawyers with 96% of respondents believing the firm was characterised by poor or indifferent leadership in the run up to its split.

Nearly half of the 100 lawyers (46%) polled in the latest Legal Week/EJ Legal Big Question survey said DJ Freeman’s management in the past five years had been ‘poor’ with 14% dubbing it ‘very poor’. Thirty-six per cent of the panel described the leadership as indifferent.
