UK management skills have come in for a hard time during the past year.
Last May the Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership (CEML) described current management in the UK as “dysfunctional”. The report, which was submitted to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), has formed the blueprint for a Government onslaught on UK business.
