Robert Rhodes QC, the head of chambers at 4 King’s Bench Walk (4 KBW), is to face disciplinary charges of maladministration over his set’s relationship with Claims Direct.
The white-collar crime specialist is to be hauled before the Inns of Court Disciplinary Tribunal following a Bar Council investigation into the set’s dealings with the now-defunct claims handler.
