Emmerson set for spring debut with Milbanks

David Cheyne Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy is gearing up for the high-profile launch this spring of its UK M&A practice after last week announcing the surprise hire of leading Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner, Tim Emmerson.

The New York-based firm said that Emmerson – one of the most senior UK M&A lawyers to ever join a US firm – is set to enter a senior level of Milbanks’ modified lockstep in April.
