Tom Kellerman, the head of high profile joint venture practice Brobeck Hale and Dorr (BHD), has stepped down, as leading Boston firm Hale and Dorr last month announced terms for it to fully integrate BHD as its European arm.
Kellerman will be replaced by UK-qualified partner Joe Pillman as overall managing partner of BHD, which was formerly run by the Boston firm alongside Californian giant Brobeck Phleger & Harrison.
