Pinsents ally faces German breakaway

Three founding partners of Pinsent Curtis Biddle’s German ally, Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch Ruhe, have walked out after a row over strategy.

The three departing partners, Peter Ruhe, Silvia Radke-Bonk and Wolfgang Hirt, are all established property partners in the firm’s Berlin arm.
