Corprasoft lands Microsoft in-house deal

Microsoft has chosen the Corprasoft Legal Desktop (CLD) matter management system as a workflow tool and source of information for its corporate in-house legal department.

The contract win is a significant windfall for Corprasoft, as Microsoft maintains one of the largest in-house legal departments in the world – it has more solicitors around the world than many large law firms.
