Streamlined and legible writing such as this is a strong pointer to the writer having a very high IQ. In fact, here we have a vigorous and motivated individual who appears to be in an almost constant state of alert. Spontaneous and fast thinking, he will become openly impatient with those who do not operate at the same speed. One of his greatest strengths is delegation [which he undertakes with fervour]; however, his strong sense of curiosity is likely to cause him to retain responsibility for what interests him. In other words he tends to delegate the boring bits!
