Top High Court judge slams City advocates

Mark Humphries A leading High Court judge has attacked City solicitor-advocates claiming that they are undermining the future of the Bar by depriving its junior ranks of a regular flow of work.

Mr Justice Michael Burton made his controversial claims during a debate on solicitor-advocates held by the recently formed Commercial Litigators Forum.
