Tom Kellerman, the head of high profile joint venture firm Brobeck Hale and Dorr (BHD), has stepped down as leading Boston firm Hale and Dorr today (13 February) announced terms for it to fully integrate the practice as its European arm.
The US-qualified Kellerman will be replaced by former Morgan Cole partner Joe Pillman as overall managing partner BHD, which was formerly run by the Boston firm alongside Californian giant Brobeck Phleger & Harrison.
