The former managing partner of Andersen Legal (AL) in France has become one of only two AL partners to win positions as practice leaders in the fully-merged French law giant HSD Ernst & Young (HSD E&Y).
Frederic Donnedieu de Vabres, who led AL’s French practice and is overseeing the integration of the practice with HSD E&Y following 2002′s national merger, becomes practice manager for corporate tax. Former AL partner Jean-Pascal Amoros will head the corporate and M&A practice.
