Los Angeles giant O’Melveny & Myers has taken five partners from Brobeck Phleger & Harrison’s business and technology (B&T) practice in East Palo Alto as the mass exodus from the collapsed technology leader continues.
The team is lead by Brobecks’ former Palo Alto managing partner Warren Lazarow, who is presently head of Brobecks’ B&T practice in Northern California and an executive policy committee member.
