Linklaters is to concede to a US court order requiring it to hand over documents relating to tax advice it gave the collapsed energy giant Enron.
The firm has confirmed to Legal Week that it will abide by a ruling on 16 January by Judge Arthur Gonzalez of the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court that it hand over the documents to Enron’s bankruptcy examiner Neal Batson.
