Partner in Dutch row over billing stands down

The partner with CMS Cameron McKenna’s Dutch ally at the centre of a billing row has announced his retirement after being ordered to attend a public disciplinary hearing.

Utrecht-based bankruptcy specialist Niek Wilke – currently a partner with top 10 Dutch firm CMS Derks Star Busmann – has told the firm he intends to retire on 1 April, a date that coincides with the planned disciplinary hearing.
