The European head of legal at leading Japanese investment house Nomura has resigned following a disagreement over the bank’s plans to restructure its internal legal function.
David Mee, who joined Nomura from top five London firm Allen & Overy in 1993, resigned in December ahead of an internal announcement by the bank that it was to radically restructure its transactional legal team.
