A partner at top 10 Dutch firm CMS Derks Star Busmann is to appear before a public disciplinary body following allegations of over-billing.
Utrecht-based CMS Derks Star bankruptcy specialist Niek Wilke will face the Dutch Law Society’s national disciplinary council in Amsterdam in March following a formal complaint last year.
