An Addleshaw Booth & Co team, led by PFI and project group partner David Hartley, has closed a £32m schools PFI deal advising the Kajima Partnership. The project to design, build, finance and operate three primary schools and one secondary school in the London Borough of Ealing closed in just 16 weeks. The council was advised by Devonshires‘ PFI partner Paul Buckland. The funder, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna banking partner Jason Davies.
