Dechert has moved to limited liability partnership (LLP) status in the US, Frankfurt and Brussels, although not in London, Paris and Luxembourg, it has emerged.
The change became active on 1 January after discussions throughout the second half of 2002 to convert the Anglo-American firm to a US registered LLP.
