City corporate finance boutique Hobson Audley has posted the first transatlantic merger of 2003 by merging with its longstanding US ally, Minneapolis-based Faegre & Benson.
The deal, first revealed on www.legalweek.net (7 January), follows a five-year joint venture between the two firms and also sees Faegre’s newly-acquired City arm register as one of the first UK practices to become a UK LLP.
