Niche City corporate firm Hobson Audley has merged with its longstanding US ally Minneapolis-based Faegre & Benson.
The deal follows a five-year joint venture between the two firms, which both sides say convinced them of the merits of a full merger.
Twelve-partner Hobson Audley, led by co-founders Max Audley and Gerald Hobson, will now trade under the name Faegre Benson Hobson Audley in London.
