Leading Chicago firm Kirkland & Ellis has launched a UK finance practice at its City arm with the transfer of partner Bronwen Jones to lead a four-associate team.
Jones, who is dual-qualified in US and UK law, moves to Kirklands’ 13-partner London arm on 1 February after three years at the firm’s New York office, which she joined from Ashurst Morris Crisp in 2000.
