Graf von Westphalen Bappert & Modest, one of Germany’s last remaining major independent firms, has formed an exclusive alliance with UK firm Wragge & Co.
The deal was voted through last month after 14 months of talks led by Wragges’ German head, Christopher Hughes, and by Graf von Westphalen partners Barbara Meyer and Klaus Landry.
