UK giant Clifford Chance (CC) has secured the long-awaited re-launch of a Singapore joint venture practice after prolonged talks with its former local ally, the Wong Partnership.
The deal will effectively re-establish the top five London firm’s local joint venture after the public break up of its marriage with the Wong Partnership in 2000 following the departure of the Singapore firm’s high profile lead partner Lee Suet Fern.
