Wragges hit by £70,000 sex discrimination claim

A former Wragge & Co assistant has accused the Midlands giant of sex discrimination and constructive dismissal after alleging she was forced out of her job while on maternity leave.

The assistant, Mary Mulhern, is claiming £70,000 from her former firm with a hearing set for February 2003.
