Linklaters’ Belgian practice has lost one partner and two senior associates to raids from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and New York’s White & Case. The departures will see capital markets partner Vincent Macq joining Freshfields’ Brussels office while senior corporate and insolvency associates Thierry Bosly and Muriel Alhandeff are moving across to White & Case. Bosly and Alhandeff will be arriving at White & Case on 1 January with Bosly joining as a partner.
