Brobecks partner exit fuels speculation over Morgan Lewis

A partner in Brobeck Phleger & Harrison’s Reston branch has left the firm just one year after joining from Morgan Lewis & Bockius – adding to speculation that the merger talks between the two US firms may be reaching their resolution.

Thaddeus Bereday joined Brobecks in August 2001 from prime merger candidate Morgan Lewis’ Washington DC arm.
