Weil Gotshal & Manges has signed off one of its largest ever UK deals for Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) Private Equity, advising on its proposed £640m acquisition of Nycomed Holding.
The firm has a long-standing relationship with the client in the US but this is one of the first deals the firm has advised it on from the UK, cementing its ties with the private equity giant in London.
