Maclays hits the mark with Targetfollow win

Maclays: first major transaction for client Glasgow-leader Maclay Murray & Spens has won a new English client after advising commercial property developer Targetfollow on a £193m refinancing with Bank of Scotland.

The firm, which was invited to pitch to the client, was chosen from a five-firm shortlist that included one magic circle firm and a major national English practice. Targetfollow has previously instructed Denton Wilde Sapte.
