Richards Butler Paris takes finance partner from Hogans

The Paris arm of Richards Butler has hired a corporate finance partner from US firm Hogan & Hartson in a bid to boost its international capabilities.

French-qualified Corine Cachard becomes the 11th partner in the UK firm’s French branch, which has around 35 lawyers and becomes the fifth partner in its local corporate finance group.
