Deweys and SJ Berwin link up on £1.6bn fund creation

New York’s Dewey Ballantine has teamed up with SJ Berwin to advise on the launch of a ground-breaking global private equity fund.

The complex deal saw Deweys advise long-time client, UK-based private equity house Coller Capital on the formation of a $2.5bn (£1.6bn) fund.
