BLP advises on Abbey National offshore funds double

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has signed off its fifth deal for Abbey National Treasury Services (Ants) since winning the client two years ago.

Finance partners Mark Waghorn and Simon Kildahl led the BLP team advising Ants on its £116.5m loan facility to create two offshore funds to assist with the acquisition of UK investment properties.
