Another corporate partner has left Osborne Clarke (OC) as it emerges that the firm’s well-known former head of its Nordic group, Per Troen, has also departed by “mutual consent” – bringing to eight the number of partners to have left the firm’s London arm this year.

The latest departure is private equity partner Matthew Sillett, who is moving to London firm Speechly Bircham, just two months after Speechlys hired OC’s London-based head of private equity Kieran O’Connor.
