Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw has sealed its largest deal of the year, advising Unilever on the £635m IT deal for BT to provide it with global voice, data and mobile services – the biggest commercial contract in UK telecoms history.
The deal saw Unilever tie itself to BT for seven years, reducing its supplier base to a single partner with total responsibility for global communications.
