The IBA has set up a taskforce to investigate the challenges facing international lawyers following the collapse of Enron and WorldCom.
The taskforce was unveiled at the opening ceremony of the IBA’s conference in Durban, South Africa on 20 October by Coudert Brothers partner Jacques Buhart, chair of the IBA’s section on business law.
