The influx of foreign firms moving to secure Japanese joint ventures (JV) has picked up, with three major firms launching local law practices within days of each other.
This month Los Angeles giant O’Melveny & Myers formed a JV in Japan after linking up with local firm Watanabe Kokusai Law Offices (WKLO).
