Ashurst Morris Crisp and Addleshaw Booth & Co have advised on a major new public-private partnership (PPP) project to regenerate Britain’s waterways on sites across the country with a combined value of more than £1.4bn.

Ashursts advised government body British Waterways (BW) on the deal, with Addleshaws advising private sector clients Amec and Igloo Regeneration Fund to create the Isis Waterside Regeneration partnership.
